Ever since my childhood, I have been fascinated by languages, especially English.

I participated in a German-English holiday camp at the age of only 11. Unfortunately, back then, I didn't speak a single word of English, because at the grammar school I went to the first foreign language taught was Latin. The few words and phrases I picked up during my stay soon turned into more: an advanced course and Abitur in English, a one year stay in London and finally the studies at the IFA in Erlangen and the exams as a state-certified translator, specialising in technical translations.

As I am very interested in medicine and how human and animal bodies work, I decided to expand my expertise and acquire a sound knowledge in the medical field. I have continuously deepened my knowledge of the areas I specialise in and I'm always eager to learn more.
